I had a wonderful time in Charleston, SC staying at the Market Pavilion hotel. I presented copies of my book to my friends, Managing Director Nick Palassis and Executive Chef Demetre Castanas. Demetre's fabulous creations were the inspiration for two of my recipes ( Duck Nachos & Escargot ) in the book!
