12 ounces orange yogurt

1 teaspoon orange extract

4 eggs

½ cup sugar

3 cups bread, processed into breadcrumbs

8 ounces chocolate frosting

1 jumbo marshmallow

1 teaspoon orange gel dye

1 6” nonstick spring form pan

 Butter flavored cooking spray

Heat a regular oven to 250°

Heat a water bath to 175°

Place the bread crumbs onto a baking sheet. Place baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes until browned. Remove from oven and allow to completely cool.

Using a stand mixer whisk the eggs for 10 minutes until the eggs have doubled in size.

Combine the yogurt, sugar and orange extract into a large mixing bowl. Fold 1/3 of the whisked eggs into the yogurt mixture. Add the remaining whisked eggs into the mixture.

Place the bread crumbs into a large mixing bowl. Fold in 1/3 of the egg/yogurt mixture into the bread crumbs. Add a couple of drops of the orange gel dye and stir into bread crumbs/eggs. Add the remaining egg/yogurt to the bread crumbs. Add more orange gel dye to mixture until desired color is achieved.

Prepare the spring form pan by cutting a round of parchment that will fit the bottom of the pan. Place parchment round into bottom of pan. Spray entire pan including the bottom piece of parchment with butter spray.

Pour cake mixture into the pan. Place pan into a bag which has been cut 5 inches longer than the pan. Remove the air and seal. Place the bag into the water bath and weigh down with a plate. Cook for 3 hours.

Remove the cake from the bath and the bag. Allow cake to cool approximately 20 minutes. Invert the spring form pan onto a serving plate. Release the hinge and remove the sides. Remove the bottom of the pan and the parchment paper. Allow the cake to cool completely before frosting.

To make the orange web, place the jumbo marshmallow into a small microwave safe bowl. Remove from microwave and stir melted marshmallow mixture until smooth. Gradually add the orange gel dye to the mixture until desired color is achieved. Allow the mixture to cool until you are able to comfortably touch it. Using a small fork pull the mixture until strands form. Pull with your finger and apply sticky strand to frosted cake. Continue to overlap strands onto the cake until a web is formed.
