Sous Vide: Italian Frittata

Enjoy this Italian Frittata for any meal.  This light fluffy egg dish is delightfully flavored with Parmesan cheese and Italian herbs and topped off with Provolone cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and spicy Italian sausage.  Spoon your favorite marinara sauce on top and garnish with a chiffonade of fresh basil and a sprinkling of Parmesan.  Serve with a light salad and garlic bread and you have a fabulous complete meal.
