Open Face Italian Buritto

I had extra meat, pancetta and mushrooms, tomato sauce, and bechamel sauce left over from the Lasagna Bolognese so I turned it into an Open Face Italian Buritto.  All I had to do was layer it onto a soft warmed tortilla and add butter lettuce and tomatoes.  What a great way to use up extra ingredients.  Such a treat!
