Red Snapper Vera Cruz

Red Snapper Vera Cruz is one of the most celebrated Mexican fish dishes and was named after the seacoast town. The delicacy and flavor of this beautiful fish is enhanced by cooking using the sous vide method. The flavors, of the tomatoes, green chilies, onions, and olives are brightened and intensified bringing enjoyment of this dish to a new experience.
