The Scallion Encrusted Rack of Lamb is not like any other lamb that you would have tasted.  By using the sous vide method, the lamb is rendered tender and succulent.  Basting in it own juices with the subtle hint of garlic makes this lamb fork tender.  To compliment the lamb, the mustard scallion bread crumb topping makes this dish truly delectable.
